Issue: Problems discovered with the HVAC systems while the project was underway, nearly wiped out the budget for the interior design plans.
Solutions: Averve was able to suggest similar design materials in 3mm thick panels; back-painted glass, metal, porcelain, graphics, and compact laminates. The finishes were tied together using Averve’s Trimset decorative trim collective designed for thin panels. The original budget of $30/sf was reduced to an average $10/sf. The beauty of the interior design was saved.
